Review the mailed actions table below for your case. Once the required items have been received, reviewed by our licensure specialist and mailed to the VDOE there will be a date in the Submitted to VDOE column. Due to the volume of requests mailed to the VDOE the estimated processing time is 6-8 weeks.
Once VDOE has processed your case, to access your VDOE file documents, follow the instructions to register for an Virginia Licensure Online (VALO) account here.
We will then change your status from pending to complete. Your action item will remain on this list once completed for an additional week before removal.
