Coordinate and implement evidence-based tiered interventions for students involved in incidents of substance use and/or possession and long-term violent or mental health-related suspensions.

Support college application and financial aid processes, including guidance on applications, essays, and scholarship opportunities.
Assist students in career exploration, internships, and experiential learning opportunities.
Track and monitor senior student progress toward post-secondary goals in partnership with AdviseVA and school staff.
Serve as a resource and liaison for students, families, and staff regarding college and career planning.

Assist students and parents in understanding and accessing various financial aid resources, including federal, state, institutional, and community funding opportunities.
Guide families through the completion of financial aid applications such as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), the CSS Profile, and the Virginia Alternative State Aid (VASA) application.
Provide information on available scholarships and assist in the application process.
Help students and families compare and understand financial aid award letters to make informed decisions about their post-secondary education options.
