Payment For Academy Food

The payment system for the Academy is online whereby parents and carers can add funds to your child's account via the internet. A letter will be sent prior to the September opening with a code for you to access your child's individual account, enabling you to set it up prior to their start. If you are unsure please feel free to send your child with a packed lunch instead. Student's will eat together with their year group in the dining hall regardless of whether they have purchased or brought their own food.

The letter will contain instructions on how to set up the account and will enable you to access payments for trips, music peripatetic lessons and other sundries such as replacement planners.

Please note if you have not signed the biometric or privacy consent forms we are unable to issue you with the online codes as we do not have the correct permissions. The forms can be located under the letters tab.
