In addition to on demand TI and VRI, GLOBO offers scheduled calls to its clients. Most of these are done via video, and therefore are only able to be serviced by interpreters that provide video services. Scheduled calls allow video interpretation to take place between participants in different locations, unlike on-demand video calls, where the provider and the patient are in the same location/room. Scheduled calls are offered via email and can be accessed via the assignments section of the dashboard, once they are assigned to the interpreter.
