Log in to GLOBO HQ and explore the content in the "Resources" tab on the lefthand menu.
REMEMBER to use the latest version of Google Chrome as your browser for optimum performance.
VERIFY in your system settings or preferences that your camera and headset are selected as your audio and video output.
TEST your camera, audio, and other network connections at https://test .webrtc.org/.
CLEAR cache on Google Chrome and refresh browser.
GO TO globohq.com Interpreter Dashboard. Make sure that Chrome is allowing your camera and microphone by clicking on the padlock icon to the left in the address bar.
KNOW your interpreter number (go to GLOBO HQ, click on your email address, click on "my profile").
DISABLE ALL AUTOMATIC UPDATES to prevent machine restart during the provision of services for GLOBO.
