Do you want to be a BJH Lady Bronco Athlete? Use the check list below to meet expectations. All these steps need to be completed before you begin school and some summer programs require them to participate.

1.      All incoming 7th graders, 9th graders & anyone new to athletics will need to Complete a HEB Medical-Physical Form signed by a doctor. (HEB Sports Physical) ONLY 8th grade athletes who had a physical for their 7th grade year complete do not have to get another one until they enter 9th grade. If your athletes meets the criteria to need a new physical then once complete upload it to Rank One Parent Portal. Here are directions to upload. 2.      All athletes must Complete the Required Rank One online athletic paperwork every year. Rank One Parent Portal 

3.      (use this link to) Complete the BJH Girls athletics Rules, Expectations & Code of Conduct agreement via google link here. 

or use the box below this one if you don't have a google account.

4.      An email should automatically be sent to us when you have uploaded your physical to Rank One, fully completed your online athletic paperwork on Rank One & completed your BJH athletic rules, expectations and code of conduct. Paper work DONE!

5. If you are new to HEB or do not already have a SchoolCash Online account please use this link to sign up as this account can be used to purchase athletic uniforms and other important athletic items via credit card. 

• Girls Athletic Uniforms will be available to purchase before school starts as well as the first day/week of school (an email will be sent out when school cash is ready and uniforms can be purchased), cash or check as well a clicking on our school cash online web page at the top of this page and creating an account for card payments: Shirts ($15), Shorts ($15), Sweats orders will be taken in September. Payable thru school cash online or Cash or check to BJH Girls Athletics.

• All athletes will be assigned a athletics locker the first or second day of school and are required  to lock up their belongings at all times. Our athletic lockers have built in combinations locks and each athlete will be assigned a locker and combination code to begin the year.

The Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD Athletic Department would like to thank you for taking the time to complete the UIL and HEB ISD required forms necessary for participation in athletics and cheer. All 7th through 12th grade athletes are required to complete the forms electronically online prior to each school year. 

The only required document that cannot be completed online is the physical. The physical form will be available to print during the online process. The completed physical form must be signed and dated by a physician and a parent no earlier than April 1st of the preceding school year and must be UPLOADED to your athlete's Rank One account before your child will be cleared to participate. It is recommended that you make a copy of the completed physical form for your files.
