8:30-8:45 Good Morning Message/Character Education

9:00-10:00 Science- Sharks

There are over 400 types of sharks! Sharks typically are by themselves most of the time. They live and hunt alone. Sharks survive in the ocean by eating smaller creatures with their sharp teeth. A shark has rows of teeth and can grow up to 20,000 teeth in a lifetime! Sharks have super senses, like smell. They can even can feel vibrations from the inside of their body by using sensory cells and tiny hairs to help them detect if prey is nearby.

Click on the videos to learn more about sharks . After you have learned about sharks you will create your own shark by building it with legos. Follow the step by step build plans to build your own shark with legos.

REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR LEGOS EACH WEEK AND STORE THEM TOGETHER! YOU WILL NEED THEM FOR FUTURE LESSONS.
