My name is Natasha Dunn and I will be your child's teacher this year. This will be my 13th year at Pilgrim Wood. I have taught in the Primary, Junior, and Intermediate divisions, including the English Program, Self-Contained Gifted Program, and Self-Contained Primary Language Class. My passion for education revolves around teaching students to be successful using life skills (learning skills) and leadership skills. I pride myself on being a positive role model for all students in the building by making myself available (door open policy) and keeping up to date with best teaching practices.
Outside of school, I enjoy the outdoors, travelling, listening to music, reading, and spending time with my family & friends. I am a Toronto sports fan and enjoy watching the Maple Leafs and Blue Jays.
One of my biggest passions is camping. To me, there is nothing better than being in nature. I am a mother of two great kiddos (3 years and 3 months). I love spending time as a family, especially the times we spend together reading books before bedtime. When I have a spare moment, I like to practice my rock star skills on the guitar, an instrument I've been playing for over 20 years!
