machine to 2 pcs. 3/4" x 4" x 11" rabbet the ends 3/4" x 1/2"

machine but leave as thick as you can; arrange and glue. machine to 3/4" x 11-1/2" x 13" sand and router drill and countersink according to template

machine but leave as thick as you can; arrange and glue. machine to 3/4" x 10-1/2" x 12" sand cnc router router edge

Requires 2 pcs. 1/2"x 1-3/4" x 8”- Use Scrap Wood if available.

machine to 1/2" x 5-1/2" x 20" rip 2 pcs. 2” wide — rabbet one edge of both pcs. 1/2" x 1/4" from these strips cut 2 pcs 9-1/4” (front and back) and 2 pcs 7-1/4" (ends) rabbet ends of front and back 1/2" x 1/4"

2 pcs. 12"- thickness to 7/8” x 5-1/2” x 12”

- arrange and glue -machine to 1/2” x 7-1/4" x 8-3/4"

Bottom

Using scrap wood l. machine to 1/2"x 1 1/2", chamfer top edges

cut 1 pc. 3-3/4" and 1 pc. 6-5/8" (make sure sizes fit your project) hot glue in place
