machine and leave as thick as possible; rip 12pcs. 2 3/4" wide glue in sets of 3 pcs together to make 4 legs machine to 2 1/2"T x 2 1/2"W x 17 1/4"L trace shape on inside faces of legs cut shape on bandsaw and sand faces on edge sander layout mortises and drill on mortising machine- clean out with chisel

2. Side Aprons

2pcs. 1”T x 6"W x 17"L

machine to 3/4”T x 5 1/2"Wx 16”L

machine tenon 3/8" x 3 1/2" x 1"tenons as per samples 1pc. 1 T x 6"W x 28"L

3. Back Apron

machine to 3/4”T x 5 1/2"Wx 27"L

machine tenon 3/8" x 3 1/2" x 1"tenons as per samples

4. Front Apron

Ipc. I”T x 6"W x 28"L

machine but leave as thick as possible and joint both edges rip 2 pcs. from each machined edge@ 1 1/2"W plus 1 /16"-joint edge cut to 27"L joint 1 edge of remaining pc. and rip it to 2 1/2"-cut 2 pcs - 8"L glue as per drawing thickness to 3/4"

machine tenon 3/8" x 3 1/2" x 1"tenons as per samples cut sides of tenons with tenoning jig cut shoulders with Tablesaw and Dado Blade

5. Apron Dado's

Dado Groove

get teacher to set up Dado blade for 1/4" W and 1/4" deep cut cut groove on upper inside face of all Aprons

6. Apron Routering

Bead Details

get teacher to set up Bead bit in Router Table mill bead detail on lower outside face of all Aprons

7. Top

machine but leave as thick as possible arrange and glue machine to 3/4"Tx 21"W x 34"L round edges
