Assembly and Finishing
Sand Faces of Parts with 80-120-180 sand paper (do not sand edge and ends) Glue Part edges and screw together with 1 1/4" drywall screws. Fill nail holes, cracks and joints with wood filler-let dry. Sand with 80/120/180 Sandpaper Blow off with Air Hose Apply first coat of Urethane or Paint Sand lightly with worn out 180 Sandpaper. Apply 2nd Coat Of Urethane or Paint Sand lightly with worn out 180 Sandpaper. Apply 3rd Coat Of Urethane or Paint
