We offer one pathway for grade 6 (Common Core 6-CC 6), two pathways in grade 7 (Common Core 7-CC7 or Compressed Common Core 7/8-CC 7/8), and two pathways in grade 8 (Common Core 8-CC8 or Algebra 1). In all courses, students actively engage with numbers by focusing on conceptual understanding, computational and procedural skills, and problem-solving. In addition to the main areas of focus, there are 8 Mathematical Practices that will be used to build on the student’s ability to make sense of various real-world problems. Course descriptions are detailed below.
