Academic Coaches

Academic Coaches are an integral part of the Elementary Curriculum and Instruction team. Although these coaches are primarily assigned to one main school, they provide guidance to all Hoke County elementary staff. Academic Coaches build capacity within the district by collaborating with teachers, administrators, and district leadership as a data coach, instructional specialist, mentor, learning facilitator, and a teacher leader. The coaches play a key role in supporting teachers by providing individual coaching, professional development, strategic reform, and leadership.
