Apprenticeship programs may satisfy program choice for graduation requirements, provide real world experiences in the industry, earn a salary, and receive a State Skill Certificate from the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation DLLR. Students begin their apprenticeship during their senior year.
Think you might be interested? Career Research and Development (CRD) I is a great course to help students review interests, learn more about careers, and prepare for post-secondary success in any field. Students should also consider any related Career Academies at HaHS or ARL or related courses at Hammond to develop interests and prepare.

50% reduced tuition costs
100% of tuition waived for students who are receiving Free and Reduced Meal Services (FARMs)

Meet with your counselor. Counselors will advise you for which course(s) you may be eligible and may best support your graduation plan.
Once you complete the registration process with your counselor and HCPSS, you will still need to register for the course at HCC.
Plan your schedule with JumpStart Dual Enrollment in mind! Check with your counselor immediately to discuss options for Spring 2021.
