The optimal career is one that the world needs, pays enough to 'live the life you want to live', and aligns with your passions and strengths. The first part of this journey to alignment, is discovering what your interests and strengths are in relation to career pathways. Take advantage of the resources below to self-assess your personality, intelligences, strengths and interests.
Naviance Self Discovery:
All HCPSS students have access to their Naviance accounts through HCPSS.me (Clever). If you log into Naviance > Self Discovery > Self Discovery Home, you can access the AchieveWorks Inventories. These inventories are done at the school level but can be done on their own or repeated.
Intelligences:
Helps you uncover you different intelligences and how to leverage them.
Learning & Productivity:
Discover your sensory, environmental, and mindset preferences to help develop and adjust your study practices.
Personality:
Helps you identify your personality type by asking you to choose scenarios that best represent how you behave in real life.
Skills:
Helps you identify and develop your skills and connects your skills to careers that might interest you.
