GES Green Team Ambassador students helped to install with staff members and master gardeners two butterfly houses to a tree in the Monarch Waystation. The students were being filmed for a WE event by FOX45 News.

Many of our students take part in watering our native gardens. Our students helped to water our plants to have them become healthy and strong. They loved tending to them.
5th grade (47 students) watering plants on different days in the front and back of School. (April, 2019)

3rd grade students (15 students) in the Bridges After-School program planted 4 Amaryllis bulbs to grow indoors.
Bridges 3rd grade students (15 students) tended to the growing Amaryllis plants . They had to transplant them to larger pots.

Our Bridges Green Team students (47 students in gr. 3-5) have enjoyed planting in our native garden in the Fall and Spring with the Master Gardeners and staff.

Our Bridges After- School Green Team Students (gr. 3-5, 12 students) with help from the Master Gardeners removed evasive plants from the Monarch Waystation behind the school.
Bridges After-School Green Team Students (47 students in gr. 3-5) helped to mulch the Monarch Waystation after all the plants had been planted and the evasive plants were removed.
Students in 5th grade noticed the birdhouse bottom and sides have fallen apart. It was built in 2014.
Fifth grade students in Ms. Web-Kosh 5th grade class (25 students) tend to indoor plants and recycling . This is and environmental steward's classroom job.
