Online Registration
To assist you in preparing for your child's entrance to school each fall, we have included all of the necessary registration forms on our FACTS Family Portal. Please complete all necessary forms before the start of each school year.
Instructions to Access HCA’s Registration Forms Online:
Our annual registration forms are located on your FACTS ParentsWeb (FACTS Family Portal) account, and should be reviewed and updated as necessary.
Please visit www.factsmgt.com.
Select Parent Log In from the top-right menu bar, and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
Enter HCA’s District Code, HC-NJ.
Type in your username and password. (If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the Forgot User Name/Password link.)
After logging in, locate the Web Forms link in the left sidebar.
Select and complete the appropriate form (Emergency Contact, Medical Information, Athletics, etc.).
After you complete each form, be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page.
Note: Some forms need to be completed for each child attending HCA.
