Saks ecommerce jewelry purchase orders containing precious metals or stones and fine watches must ship to 177 Industrial Blvd., La Vergne, TN 37086.

Important Update Wilkes-Barre Fulfillment Center

Beginning August 1st, 2022 Shipments should be addressed as followed:

As of August 1, Suite numbers need to be included on the Address Portion of the GS1-128 Labels. (Suite #1 - SFA), (Suite #2 - OF).

Ticket Processing Fees

Due to the increase cost of ticket supplies & labor expense, the current fee charged for all ticket requests being submitted to our DC for processing will be updated to reflect the following:  $25 Per PO + $0.04 per ticket + shipping. This price increase will be effective August 1, 2022.

 Shipment Reminder

It is imperative that all cartons are packed by store.  Do not pack units for multiple stores in the same carton.  Do not pack units for multiple PO's in the same carton.  Shipments that arrive at our warehouse that are not packed correctly will cause shipping delays and can result in compliance fees.

Saks Fifth Avenue Statement on Fur

Saks Fifth Avenue has made the decision to stop selling animal fur products by the end of fiscal 2022*. With this commitment, we will no longer offer products from animals raised for the use of their fur, including but not limited to mink, fox, chinchilla and sable, as well as fur products derived from wild animals, such as coyote and beaver. We will take a phased approach, starting with closing fur salons by the end of fiscal 2021** and eliminating products sold by brand partners by the end of fiscal 2022.

We will continue the sale of faux fur products, as well as those products that include:

• Sheepskin/lambskin (e.g., shearling), goatskin, or cattle hide (e.g., “pony” and “calf hair”)

• Down/feathers

• Leather

This change will apply to all merchandise sold on saks.com and at Saks Fifth Avenue stores, including brand partner and private label products.

*The end of fiscal 2022 is defined as the period ending January 28, 2023.

**The end of fiscal 2021 is defined as the period ending January 29, 2022.
