Welcome the customer into your department

Clearly explain the process /how you will be able to provide service while maintaining 2 metre/6 feet of distance

Show them new arrivals for the season.
Show them your favourites and best sellers
Once the customer has found a shoe they like let them know the process of how you will get their size.
Reassure them of their choice and let them know you will be right back

If your customer is unsure of their size, sanitize and offer the Brannock Device to get an accurate sizing

If your customer is not comfortable trying the shoes on let them know that we encourage try at home and they can always return/exchange

Bring the style requested, another similar style or colour and a trend item
Or bring the style requested, size up or down, and a similar style or colour
Show the customer options from a distance
If the customer declines, bring the extra pairs back to the stockroom right away
