Production Crew
Producers, save a copy of the Motion Picture Production Crew in your Motion Picture Production folder. Crew members, when it is shared with you, sign up for responsibilities in preproduction, production, and post production and enter your information the database.

Read through the Crew Member Responsibilities to understand what you will be responsible for during production.
Production Crew Jobs Wish List
After reading through the Production Crew and Crew Member Responsibilities lists fill out the Production Crew Jobs Wish List to request the jobs that you are production crew roles you are interested in fulfilling.
Permission to Use Likeness
Producers give a copy of the Permission to Use Likeness Form to each member of your cast and crew, and anyone else who is a part of your production.
Production Budget
Producers make a copy of the Production Budget found here. Then meet with Department Heads and determine how you will distribute and spend your allocated budget. Afterward keep your production on budget and record receipts using the the Production Budget.
Storyboards
Cinematographers & Production Illustrators download copies of blank storyboards here, and begin drawing your storyboards.
Production Design
Use the Production Design Template to cast your vision for your film and to make your vision presentable to others.
Scene Breakdown
All crew members learn how to mark up your script (as seen in this video). First Assistant Directors, make a copy of the Scene Breakdown Google Spreadsheet and file it in your Motion Picture Production folder. Crew members then mark up your copy of the script and add your information to the Scene Breakdown spreadsheet.

Shot Log
