Grades and Credit Info

GRADING PERIOD DATES

Grading period calculations for each semester are cumulative, so grades from Q1 are still being calculated into Q2. Semester grades are calculated as 70% formative assignments and 30% summative assignments from Q1 and Q2.

SEMESTER 1

Q1: Ends October 17, 2025

Q2 and S1: Ends December 19, 2025

SEMESTER 2

Q3: Ends March 13, 2026

Q4 and S2: Ends May 22, 2026

Semester 1 and Semester 2 grades are the official grades reported on the high school transcript.

PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES

FALL: October 28th and October 30th

SPRING: March 17th and March 19th

REPORT CARDS

Report Cards will be on the portal generally 2-3 days after the completion of the grading period.

GRADE-LEVEL CLASSIFICATION

Grade Level classifications are based on the number of credits a student earns.

Grade 9: 0-5.5 credits

Grade 10: 6.0-11.5 credits

Grade 11: 12.0- 16.5 credits

Grade 12: 17+ credits

This is based on credits earned as of the beginning of the school year.
