Term 1

We had Mr. Finn for the term. He taught us comparative studies and how to write a GVV (general vision or viewpoint) we are assessing the opening of three texts. These texts are called 'Lies of Silence' , 'Brooklyn' and 'Dancing at Lughnasa'.

Term 2

We had Ms. Quaid for this term but she had to leave a few weeks before the term ended because of her baby. We went over a few poems from Seamus Heaney. We had to do a presentation on an Irish poet, I chose W.B. Yeats

Term 3/4

We had Mr. McCormack for this term. We did a short story and wrote a debate speech for him when we came back.
