  • Parent Night and Course Fair

  • Middle School Visits

  • Choice Sheets Distributed

  • Students Enter Selections

  • Individual Guidance as needed

  • Counselor Clean-up

  • Students receive Verification of course selections with option to make changes

• April

  • Teachers review rosters and make appropriate changes

  • 2nd Round of Verification Sheets with option to make changes

• May

  • Master Schedule is finalized based on student selections and staffing availability

• August 9th

  • Schedules visible online to fully enrolled students

  • Schedule changes only with seat availability and necessity
