Transfer Account

Leaving Hays CISD? Graduating high school? Want to keep the documents, email, and contacts you created with your Hays Google account? Since your Hays CISD Google Apps account is maintained by the school district, it will not follow you as you leave Hays CISD. Your Hays CISD Google account will automatically be deleted as soon as your Hays CISD network account is disabled.

There are several ways for you to transfer your current data in your Google account to a new account.

If you are moving away from Google to a different system, you can use Google Takeout to download the information in your Google account. Go to https://takeout.google.com/settings/takeout to download all data from your Hays CISD Google account.

OR

If you are moving to another Google account, you can go to https://takeout.google.com/transfer to transfer all email and drive documents to that new account.
