This week, we are learning to set a SMART fitness goal to help us improve our strength, stamina and effort during PE and fitness. Setting a SMART goal helps us focus on what we want to achieve and gives us a clear plan to get there. A good goal is something we can measure, work towards, and celebrate when we reach it.
You’ll think about your current fitness, decide what you want to get better at, and write a SMART goal that is clear, realistic and time-bound.
WALT (We Are Learning To): Write a SMART goal that clearly explains what I want to achieve in my fitness.
Success Criteria:
SC1: I can write a clear and specific goal about my fitness.
SC2: I can include a way to measure my progress or success.
SC3: I can include when I want to achieve my goal by.
