Work Based Learning
Work Based Learning (WBL) offers students the opportunity to more fully explore career interests through job sampling at various establishments in and around the community. The goal of WBL is to assess employability skills and develop skills and attitude necessary for paid employment.
Students are out at their Work Based Learning Site each afternoon Monday through Thursday.
Work based learning is vocational education and training provided to students in a work setting. Some of our students are receiving paid employment while others are non-paid interns.
