Daily Living Skills

Daily living skills, sometimes referred to as activities of daily living (ADLs), are routine, self-care tasks in which most people participate on a daily basis without assistance. Basic daily living skills can include eating, preparing food, household chores, etc.

Students are required to perform chores on a daily basis. Chores include, but are not limited to, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, disinfecting surfaces, taking out the trash.

Each day the trash and recycling are brought outside. Once a week trash/recycling are brought to the curb.

Bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected each day.
