Before and After School Enrichment was started at Hawley Elementary in 2001. We provide care for PreK-6 children enrolled in Hawley Elementary during the school year. Our goal is to help children reach their potential socially, emotionally, physically, and academically, while providing a safe and loving atmosphere for them. Sleeping Bag/Blankets- we have a designated quiet time where they can take a nap and snuggle up *These will be sent home weekly to be washed
Medicine- any medicine they are prescribed or need please give to us the first day of attendance - See Medication Section for forms.
Backpacks- to keep their belongings as organized as we can
Pool pass or $5 cash (that your child is responsible for) for daily pool admission. If your child does not have a pool pass or money for admission, they may not go to the pool and will stay at the school with a staff member.
Optional Items to bring to FITS
Sunscreen- We provide Banana Boat Sport Ultra SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion. You are welcome to provide your own sunscreen labeled for your child. This will be kept secured in the BASE room.
Money for snacks at the pool- during our pool time, children are allowed to purchase snacks from the pool concession stand. Children will be responsible for their own money.
Packed lunches- lunch is provided each day and our menus are on our website. You are welcome to provide a packed lunch for your child. Please refrain from bringing nuts into the program.
Snacks- If your child is sensitive to certain foods or seems to be someone that is hungry often we do recommend having them bring extra snacks in their backpack!
