BASE-
Daily Rates:
Morning Care (6:00am – 8:00am): $5 per day
After School Care (3:00pm – 6:00pm): $7.50 per day
Full Day (Morning + After School): $12.50 per day
Special Schedule Rates:
Early Dismissal Days (1:00pm-6:00pm): $10 per day
Drop in Rate: $10 per session (Morning/After School).

FITS-
$65 registration fee - non-refundable
$140/week

$40/day (3 or fewer days for the week)
Anyone can fill out schedule change forms to change kids schedules on a weekly basis due the Friday before the week you are scheduling for at noon
$50/ drop in rate
coming a day your child is not scheduled for ahead of time- this is given to all children (discount and regular)
As FITS staff we are not responsible for telling guardians when their child is being dropped off on a day that they are not scheduled.

Fees are charged based on scheduled attendance, not actual attendance. You will be billed for the days your child is signed up for care, regardless of whether they attend (exceptions may apply for long-term illness or emergency closures).
Invoices are sent every Monday for the previous week’s care, and are due by the following Sunday.
Invoices must be paid by the due date listed. Families are expected to make regular payments toward their balance. A full balance pay off is not required, but a payment must be made to maintain active attendance.
Unpaid balances will follow these steps
If no payment has been made on an invoice for two weeks, the child’s attendance hours will be temporarily reduced.
The reduction will be determined by the Director based on program needs. The director will work with families whenever possible to create a schedule that is manageable for everyone and supports the family’s ability to stay on track.
Families will receive written communication prior to the adjustment.
Full attendance privileges will be reinstated when at least one payment has been received.
If no payment is made within another 2 weeks after the reduction period, the child cannot attend the program until a payment is made.

If payment lapses again in the future, the same process (hour reduction then attendance suspension) will be repeated.
If a family has any outstanding balance at the start of a new program (FITS or BASE)
Registration may be accepted, but the child may not attend the program until the balance is fully paid off.
This ensures families begin each program session with a clean slate and helps prevent balances from carrying over or growing unmanable.
Families will receive reminders of overdue balances, this may include brightwheel messages, email, phone call, or written notice.
Families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to speak with the director to discuss possible payment plans.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping accounts current so we can maintain the quality and continuity of care for all families
Electronic Payments Only
We do not accept checks or cash payments.
All payments must be made electronically through your Brightwheel account.
Split Payments Between Guardians/Individuals
If payments are to be split between multiple parties, this arrangement must be discussed and agreed upon between the individuals involved prior to notifying the program. *Both parties must be making payments in order to maintain attendance.
Once the program is informed, we will assume all parties have agreed to the arrangement. BASE/FITS will not mediate or manage disputes between parties regarding payment splits.
Schedule Changes
Your child’s regular schedule is indicated at the time of registration.
If a change is needed, a Schedule Change Form must be submitted by NOON on the Friday prior to the week of care.
If no form is submitted by the deadline, your child will be billed based on their regular schedule, regardless of attendance.
Drop-in Care: Is accepted, subject to availability. Parents/guardians must contact the program as soon as they are aware their child needs care. A drop-in fee of $10/session (morning or after school) will apply. This fee is not eligible for discounts and is charged regardless of the regular flat fee rate.
Holidays & School Closures: You will not be charged for scheduled closures.
Late Pick Up: BASE/FITS closes promptly at 6:00 PM. A late fee of $10 will be charged beginning at 6:01 PM, Plus $1 for each additional minute until the child is picked up.
Withdrawal/Change in Regular Schedule: Please provide written notice to change your child’s regular schedule or to withdraw from the program. These changes will go into effect the following week if received before NOON on Fridays.
Financial Assistance: Financial assistance may be available for qualifying families. Please contact the Director for more information. Eligibility is based on forms provided to the school and determined by the principal.
Brightwheel is subject to its own fees
A 2.95% service fee will apply to credit/debit card payments made through Brightwheel.
To avoid this fee, you’re welcome to set up ACH payments, which currently have no additional cost.
