* Speakers receive complimentary conference access, lunch, and parking for the presentation day. For an additional $150/day, speakers can purchase conference access, lunch, and parking for each additional day of the conference for which they are not presenting. Evening events are NOT included and can be purchased separately. The speaker rate is ONE person per session.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations made by September 30, 2025, will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
After September 30, 2025, no refunds will be issued. Paid registrations may be transferred at cost.
Sharing of name badges will not be allowed. All attendees seeking CEU credits must always have their badge, as we will scan each badge when entering and exiting each session. Each badge will have a unique QR code for each attendee.
