Aloha Prospective 2025 Vendors!
You are invited to join Hawai‘i Rural Water Association on November 18 - 20, 2025, at the Courtyard King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Resort on Hawai‘i Island for the HRWA Training and Technical Conference and our Golf Tournament Fundraiser on November 21, 2025. Exhibitor booths will be located in the conference Pre-Function and Keauhou 1 Room along with registration and Wednesday evening Meet & Greet. Final exhibitor layout will be posted soon.
The Exhibit Booth package includes the following:
Two (2) Exhibitor Conference Registrations/Badges (2-day attendance)
Additional booth personnel badges are available for a fee.
Two (2) Complimentary Lunch Tickets
Two (2) Meet & Greet Tickets (inclusive of 4 drink tickets per booth). Additional tickets are available for purchase.
One (1) 10' x 7' Booth space
One (1) 6-ft skirted table with two (2) chairs
One (1) Wastebasket
One (1) 7” x 44” ID sign
Trade Show Exhibit Hours:
Wednesday: 11/19/2025 (8:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Thursday: 11/20/2025 (8:00 am - 12:00 pm)
Booth Set-Up:
Tuesday: 11/18/2025 (3:00 pm - 5:00 pm)
Registration:
During set-up on Tuesday
Wednesday: 11/19/2025 (7:30 am - 9:00 am)
Booth Tear Down:
Thursday: 11/20/2025 by Lunch
** Fee includes 2 exhibitor conference access (2-day attendance & parking) + 2 lunch and evening event tickets. Additional lunch and evening event tickets can be purchased separately.
Exhibit Space: HRWA reserves the right to limit the amount of space assigned if necessary to accommodate all applications on hand.
Assignment of booth space—No application will be processed or assigned a booth space without full payment. Assignments are made upon receipt. HRWA reserves the right to assign or reassign booth space so that the expo arrangement is in the best interest of the attendees and exhibitors. Special consideration of location will be given to groups requesting more than three booth spaces to facilitate the flow of attendees.
Additional booth space rate: Up to one additional booth space may be reserved at the discounted rate per company.
FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS, please be advised there is a 3.75% processing fee per transaction.

The registration deadline for booth space is November 1, 2025.
50% refunds shall be granted if cancellation requests are received on or before September 30, 2025.
No refunds starting October 1, 2025.
