Registration Rules & Regulations

1. The DOH - Safe Drinking Water Branch Small Systems sponsored registration is on a "first come, first served" basis and will need DOH approval. You will be notified when your registration is approved.

2. HRWA system and individual members must register through the secured online link to receive the member discounts.

3. Speakers' registration can be found under the Presenters page.

* Speakers receive complimentary conference access, lunch, and parking for the presentation day.  For an additional $150/day, speakers can purchase conference access, lunch, and parking for each additional day of the conference for which they are not presenting.  Evening events are NOT included and can be purchased separately.  The speaker rate is ONE person per session.

4. Non-members may register using the form above.

5. Day passes will be made available upon request.

6. Sharing of name badges will not be allowed. All attendees seeking CEU credits must always have their badge, as we will scan each badge when entering and exiting each session. Each badge will have a unique QR code for each attendee.

7. FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS, please be advised that there is a 3.75% processing fee per transaction.

9. Refund Policy:

1. • Cancellations made by September 30, 2025, will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.

   • After September 30, 2025, no refunds will be issued. Paid registrations may be transferred at cost.
