Through this course, we will cover how businesses effectively create marketing plans (coordinated efforts by a business to promote their products and services to prospective customers) and learn how to create and customize our own marketing plans. In this unit, we will specifically cover the 16 most common Customer Needs, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and its role within marketing, Endless Wants and marketings efforts to blur the line between needs and wants, and finally the Product Life Cycle and how we must adapt over time to stay relevant.
