Seedling Pick-Up
Stop by to get a free seedling to take home for your garden or lanai or windowsill. There will be a variety of plants (herbs, food plants, native plants) to choose from and you will receive information on how to care for the plant.

ʻApu [Coconut Cup] Shaping Activity Pick-Up
Kits Include:
- A husked & cut coconut shell
- Sandpaper
- 20 kits available
* Once you register, you will be sent a link to VIDEO that will provide an activity introduction and step-by step instructions
* Please Note: For reporting purposes, you will need to send a picture(s) of your completed ʻAPU, and fill out activity evaluations

Dynamic Teaching with Sustainability
Dynamic Teaching with Sustainability is a presentation that showcases teaching English composition with a sustainability focus. Various approaches will be explored that demonstrate how sustainability can be incorporated to create meaningful and relatable assignments that provoke critical thinking, logical reasoning, and research. Learn how to create exciting sustainability assignments in your courses!

Stamp Your Own Reusable Utensil Kit
Reduce single use plastics by customizing your own reusable utensil kit. This activity is fun and easy and you will learn about traditional Hawaiian printing techniques while reducing unnecessary trash in our landfills.
You have the option of attending a live virtual demonstration on Monday, April 18 at 12:00 pm via ZOOM or following our asynchronous video tutorial.
Kits are limited and available on a first come, first served basis and limited to one per person. Each kit will include:
- A customizable muslin bag to hold your utensils
- Reusable utensils: a metal straw, and a bamboo fork, knife, and spoon
- Stamping materials: paint stick, foam, and paint
You will need to provide your own pen/pencil, scratch paper, scissors, and a paint brush or sponge to complete this activity.

Print Your Own Reusable Utensil Kit
You will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your reservation has been accepted. Instructions on where and when to pick up your kit can be found below. Please note that the kit will include a link to the confirmation form which will act as your “sign-in” and provide you with instructions on how to access the live demonstration and video tutorial.
