Using cospaces, my monitor, and vr I created a first person scene of a cross country finish and the afterwards because I wanted people who don't do cross country to know what a meet looks like. I also thought it would be fun to reenact what a cross country meet/finish looks like because I miss cross country and can't wait for it to be fall again

During this process, I learned how to code the people to run a certain direction. I also learned how to not make them flip out when you press play because that happened the first few times I did it. 

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital Citizen because I didn't copy off anybody and I didn't make anything inappropriate or anything that could affect my digital footprint in a bad way.

A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing how to code my characters to move and trying to figure out how to place the blocks in a certain order so they don't go anywhere weird. I was able to do it by searching up tutorials on YouTube and finding the blocks using the search button in the code place.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change how I made it. The reason why I would change it is because the layout wasn't a good as I wanted it to be and I could do better. I would change my scenery because it was super boring and needed more vibrant colors and objects

My project connects to careers like virtual reality tester because they test VR games. they can also tell you if the VR needs changes to things.
