Here is our list of 25 problems:
For our 4th project me and Mady kuestner decided to program a sphero bolt to complete end 1 in the maze. In this project I learned how to program a sphero using java blocks to escape the maze. A standard our project was tied to, I think, would be computational thinker because we had to create the code to make sure that the sphero wouldn't go off the map or into a barrier, we also had to think of some strategies so our sphero would work, like having a box lift the maze a little, or a sticky note so we would know where to place our sphero. One challenge that we had was having the sphero stay on the course or have the sphero turn and stay in that direction. To over come our challenge we had to make a sticky note to make sure we started the sphero in the same place because that could mess up the code and hope the sphero would stay straight. To over come the the turning problem we had to add a java block that would head the sphero in the right direction. Something I would do differently would be to have less coding, our coding strip is really long and I wonder if I could shorten it, I could try to shorten it by using the writing code. One skill I gained from programming the sphero is I know how to code something to make it move and if I had a job with coding like a video game designer or a animator I would know how to code some of the parts.
