This is my list of 25 problems I could solve using this tool
Here is the video of us coding a section of the , and a picture of the bloxels that we used to code a section of a level. And a video of our 3 levels in action.
For my 3rd Project Me and my partner, Mady Kuestner, decided to create a video game using bloxels to program each level of our game. Our video game is 3 levels, the person who is playing has to find Ben and go save R2D2 that's the goal of the game, see video for more information. I learned how to program a video game using bloxels, I also learned how bloxels work and what you can create with them, your own video game. I think the standard my project tied to was knowledge instructor because we created a game that others could play, or they could see the base model of our game to learn how to create there own. One challenge that we had was trying to make the monsters/foes stay alive or stop disappearing. When we started the level all the monsters would disappear, as you see in the video, and we didn't know why. What we did to overcome this was deleting some of the Foes. I think that there were too many on the levels so they just disappeared, now there are foes to defeat. Something I would do differently would be to make our levels harder, or longer, like more intricate. I would want to do this because the levels weren't very long and I would want the players to have to work harder to beat the level, it would be more fun. A connection I made of the skill I gained that you could use in the future is a programmer for a video game company, like Nintendo, I think it would be really cool to create a game that others would enjoy playing.
