Using a micro bit and a computer, I created projects like a name badge, the temperature, dice, etc., because those were the projects that looked the most fun to me. During this process, I learned how to code a micro bit.  The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to global collaborator because I learned how to code a micro bit using things that others did and shared it to the world.  A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to code. I was able to do it by watching videos. Given a chance to do this again, I would change the projects I did. The reason why I would change it is because The ones I did were either too easy or too confusing.  Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computar Programing CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in graphics performance and modeling engineer.
