Using an iPad and iMovie, I created a movie a of things about me because I wanted people who viewed my website and watched my movie to know some things about me. During this process, I learned How to edit the length of pictures on iMovie, how to download a creative commons photo, and how to use sounds on iMovie and edit them. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital citizen because I used photos that were copyright free by using creative commons license photos. A challenge I overcame on this project was recording my voice in my movie because it was awkward for me to talk to myself. I was able to do it by talking to someone while recording so it was like I was having a conversation. Given a chance to do this again, I would make it about one thing instead of a bunch of thing I like. The reason why I would change it is because I think it would be easier to record a voice-over for one thing rather than multiple things. Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the digital multi media CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in Software Video Engineer.
