• Using robots and IPads, I created a robot race because I wanted to see what different robots raced faster.

• During this process, I learned how to drive a mini robot.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered innovative designer because Instead of just racing the robots in a straight line i built a track.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was Learning how to re adjust the aim. I was able to do it by asking for help and researching.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the track. The reason why I would change it is because It fell apart too easily.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Machine Learning .
