Reflection
Using Hot Wheels tracks, I created A Hot Wheels track because It sounded easy and fun.
During this process, I learned How to jump a car.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Computational thinker and innovative designer. I am a computational thinker because I was able to problem solve by straightening the track when the car jumps .
A challenge I overcame on this project was The car not landing back on the track when it jumped. I was able to do it by Straightening the track.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change The length of the track. The reason why I would change it is because It was too short.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computational thinker and innovative designer. CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Engineering.
