Using my iPad, computer, the iMotion app, Legos, and clay, I created a story about a child that has a lot of dreams and bad stuff happens because I wanted to create something that no one would .

During this process, I learned that time is precious because you have to take a lot of photos to make this work and if you mess around for just a little bit it will hurt your project.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, and Global Collaborator because I was a person who solved complex problems. Also we took control of what we were creating and made it better, and I was safe and responsible when using the technology.

A challenge I overcame on this project was thinking of what the setting could be. I was able to do it by creating different scenes and made my movie continue and made it better.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the whole setting and arrangement of the movie. The reason why I would change it is because even though I liked the dream like scene where a lot of things happen I think I could have made it better by adding new ideas.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers in animation because a lot of famous people are claymation creaters which is stop motion.
