Here is the list of 25 things.
Here is the final picture of the project and me making them.
Reflection:
For my 11th project, me and Olivia decided to create bracelets using loom hooks and different colored rubber bands. I created this because we were going to do string bracelets, but they took too long to do. During this process, I learned that rubber bands are easier to work with than string. For prototypes, we decided to make different colored bracelets. On the top, we did a Christmas colored one with the colors green and red. For the second one, we did the SAXON colors, blue and yellow. For the final bracelet, we did a Thanksgiving bracelet or a warm color bracelet, which deals with the colors of the color wheel in art. For this project, I feel like this project is tied to Global Collaborator. I think this because we are talking in how we can change it, and sending them to the High school for it to be sold. The challenge that I overcame was the time and what materials to use. We were thinking to use string, but it got more tangled and took longer to make, depending on the length. We also had to consider the size of people's wrists. We thought that rubber bands would work because they are easy to make and are stretchy. The rubber band bracelets are also faster to make, considering the time. Given a chance to do this again, I would change the range of colors, and more like black, white, and more darker and lighter colors. This is because I would think that it would grab people's attention because of the bright colors. This project connect to careers like modeling future products, and like making a business of jewelry.
