What materials will you need for your project?

I will need Lego, iPad and a computer.

What is your plan to create in this project?

I will create a Lego stop motion containing a healthy action.

What unique qualities will your project have?

It will be an original project.

Using an iPad and Legos, I created a stop motion video with Legos because I wanted to convey a healthy message.
During this process, I learned how to animate Lego using stop motion.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communication because my stop motion communicated a healthy action anyone can take.
A challenge I overcame on this project was flying the characters in the air. I could do it by using a fishing line to suspend them in the air.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the overall quality of my and my partner's video. The reason why I would change it is that there are some parts in the story that don't make sense.

My project connects to the digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
