7P7 Circuit Playground Express

The Reflection:

Using Circuit Playground, I created many different projects because we wanted to learn how to make things on a circuit. We made things like Night light and clap lights. We also got to learn how to code the circuit ourselves.

      During this process, I learned how to download a code to a circuit. You do that by hitting download then saving it and giving it a name. Then you bring the name to the circuit on the computer and it will load to the circuit.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because we learned how to program many different projects. We did this using Adafruit and a circuit.

A challenge I overcame on this project was being able to actually code the code right for the circuit. I was able to do it by finding the tutorials. Then we just have to follow the tutorials to code the right code.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change how many projects we did. The reason why I would change it is because I wasn't her for a day and I fell behind. Also because it got really confusing so I would ask more questions

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in App developing, computer programming, and System Analysist.
