Daily logs
Day 1 I put in my subpage and started my list of 10 and planning questions
Day 2 I finished my planning questions and my list of 10 and created my handle
Day 3 I sized my handle to the right lengths and added part of the pincher
Day 4 I started the pincher/lever part of my spatula
Day 5 I finished my spatula and worked on my next project the hook
Day 6 I sized all my parts and put them together and added the part that is going to hold it and I finished it
Day 7 I worked on my reflection
Day 8 i did a little bit more of my reflection and turned in my 3D print to start printing it
Day 9 I made my video and added it to my website

My reflection
Using tinker cad and a 3D printer, I created A towel hook for the bathroom and a spatula that can flip eggs because I needed them. I needed Them because the towel hook in my bathroom broke. So I needed to make other.
During this process, I learned how to use tinker cad.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer, because I created ideas from real world problems and designed my project .
A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing how to use tinker cad I was able to do it by using the 5 minuets typing practice of class for the first couple of days and learned how to use it.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what I made . The reason why I would change this is because the hook was a lot smaller than I expected.

My project connects to Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in 3D designer because I used software to make a 3 dimensional object that solved a real world problem .
