DAILY LOG
Day 1:Got in my group and started our first task, using dash.
Day 2:Finished doing our first task using dash.
Day 3:Started our 2nd task using the sphero mini robot.
Day 4:finished our project using sphero mini,then did our 4th project.
Day 5:Sent videos to Mya and Alijah,and worked on planning questions.
Day 6:Started doing our 4th task,which was drawing with iRobot.
Day 7:Answered more planning questions,and fixed some errors on project.
Day 8:Finished fixing all errors,and answered more planning questions
Day 9:Worked on my reflection,and did list of 10.

For my project I will need a Dash robot,Sphero mini robot,and a sphero bolt robot,and a irobot.
What unique qualities will your project have?
Some unique qualities my project will have are that it is unique,and is very advanced.
What is your plan to create this project?
My plan is to do the tasks that were instructed to do,using Sphero mini,Dash,and sphero bolt.
LEARNING REFLECTION
Using ipads, and the robots, I created coding and made the the robots do movements and work because we needed to do the tasks that we were asked to do.Using Sphero mini we coded shapes.We also coded dash to throw a tire.Using Sphero bolt we coded a party bomb.
During this process, I learned how to code the robots, and make them move and work using the coding skills that I learned.I wanted to know how to do this, because in the future robots might be a key part in businesses,In some business, like restaraunts are all ready coding robots to deliver food to tables.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital Citizen, and Knowledge constructor because I used the apps to code, but by being responsible on the app, and using what I knew about the robots and used it to code the robots.
A challenge I overcame on this project was when I coded dash to throw the tire he kept going out of the blue tile zone. I was able to do it by taking that code off,and replacing it with a movement that didn't invole Dash leaving the blue tile .
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the way I coded the robots. The reason why I would change it is because I would be able to code the robots to do certain things,without having to make it more complicating than it had to be.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Computer programming because we programmed all of the robots using different codes.The robots we used were Sphero mini,Sphero bolt,and dash.
