REFLECTION
Using microbits I created different codes because I wanted to know how to code my name into a microbit.
During this process, I learned how to code my name into a microbit.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor because I learned how to put a code into a microbit, and then used my knowledge to code things into the microbits.
A challenge I overcame on this project was when I coded things into the microbit,I had trouble with the download,causing me to delete one of my microbit projects,so instead of having four microbit projects, I only ended up doing three. I was able to do it by just deleting the one project,and moved on..
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the fact that I only did the three projects. The reason why I would change it is because if I did all that i'm capable of,the more things I can acheive.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Computer Programming CTE program, because in computer programming you have to know put codes into computers,so you can program the computers to do the things you want.In this case the computer was the microbit.
