Reflections:
Using Makey Makeys and a lot of Playdoh , I created because I wanted to see what I could make with resources around the house. I also wanted to see how easy it is to make stuff with stuff around like Playdoh or like a banana or just food in general. I also wanted to see how easy it is to make controllers out of Playdoh and food and I wanted to see if It would feel the same or act the same and it didn't because you had to press harder for the keys to work.
During this process, I learned that working with a friend is much easier than working by yourself and I also learned that you can make a lot of stuff out of Playdoh like a controller for a game you can play at home or offline .And one more thing I learned is this project was easier than I thought it would be., and you could make many project with one program or one material object.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because I used technology to set goals like making the game Snake and I also wanted to make piano made out of Playdoh. Another example of being a Empowered Learner is that I worked with a group of people for example Bella.
A challenge I overcame on this project was finding projects to do that are game like because I wanted to make games and see what I want to make with stuff around the house. I was able to do it by asking people what they are doing and then I asked Bella and then asked her how she figured out what project to do.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the projects I did. The reason why I would change it is because the projects that I did a lot of other people did and they where basic so I wanted to do more high advanced projects and something that could help a problem that people could have around the house.
