Day 1: I made my website and answered the planning questions.

Day 2: I logged into my iPad and found the images I would use for my about me video.

Day 3: I found the rest of my pictures edited my video in iMovie using copyright-free music and then exported it to Google Drive. 

Day 4: I made some final changes, re-exported, and then finished off this website.

Day 5: I did some extra final touches, added it to Google Drive,  and then published it.

• Using, Imovie  I created an about me video on an iPad, and I used all Creative Commons pictures I made  a video about all of my favorite things and my family 

• During this process, I learned how to add text to an iMovie and how to use filters properly 

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learners because I had to make decisions and pick what we like and what is appropriate

• A challenge I overcame on this project was adding filters I could do it by doing research and asking around.

• If I could do this again, I would change the pictures and voice-over to higher quality. Some images are grainy, and I don't like the background noise in the voice-over.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the digital multi-media CTE program at Hastings High School.  

• My project connects to a career in content development because video editing is digital multi-media

What materials will you need for your project?

I will need an iPad and a computer the iPad is for Imovie and the computer is for adding video to the website. 

What is your plan to create in this project?

I plan to create a unique about me video with iMovie and have in it all of my favorite things  

What unique qualities will your project have?

Some unique qualities my project will have is it has my voice and it is most of the things that I like.
